We have many glowing reviews and regularly receive positive feedback. One avenue of feedback we value is via Trip Advisor. Trip Advisor is growing rapidly and is becoming the focal point for consumer research in booking hotels and restaurants around the world. One of the key elements for us is that it allows us to interact with reviewers. We are currently ranked 5th as many of the other local hotels have existed in the town for longer than than the two years we have been open for. Obviously, a benchmark for us, is to achieve 1st place and maintain it. I have posted the most recent review below as it is a glowing example of what we are and how we aim to treat every guest as an individual.

Stayed here on 12/11/11 for my birthday, had a standard room was great loved the trendy decor!!!! The staff were great very helpful and kept the drinks flowing, The bed was fantastic and the black out curtains done just the trick!!!! Met the owner who come over and wished me a happy birthday and a birthday drink very nice touch!!! Breakfaast was lovely made the full english with the changes i asked for with no problem.. Will be going back no question!!!! the baby grand piano was something a little different sounded superb.... Thanks to all at the icon and see you again soon, dom
